The service
EAAsy is a tool for automated digital accessibility audits (WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA / EAA), generating an accessibility statement template, a remediation plan, and monitoring.
Account
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account.
Price and payments
Unlocking full access to one site (audit, statement, remediation plan, monitoring) is a one-time fee of PLN 100 net + 23% VAT (PLN 123 gross).
Online payments are handled by the operator Paynow (mBank S.A.) You confirm the purchase with the „Order and pay” button (an order with an obligation to pay).
Once a site is paid, its re-scans, statement and monitoring are included at no extra charge.
Order fulfilment
The service is digital. We activate access immediately after receiving payment confirmation from the operator — usually within minutes, at the latest within 24 hours.
Right of withdrawal
A consumer generally has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract.
The digital service is activated immediately after payment — at your explicit request and after acknowledging that the right of withdrawal expires once the service is fully performed (Art. 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). You give this consent at purchase.
Send any withdrawal notice (where applicable) to admin@eaasy.eu.
Complaints
Submit complaints to admin@eaasy.eu. Include the site address, a description of the problem and the date. We handle them within 14 days of receipt.
Scope and limitations
The automated audit detects a subset of WCAG criteria and is NOT a guarantee of legal compliance. Generated documents are templates, not legal advice. A full assessment requires manual review.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the tool's output.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; we will communicate material changes. The governing law is Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
